PUBLIC CALL FOR THE APPLICATION OF CANDIDATES FOR INTERNATIONAL REVIEWERS IN THE ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE OF DOCTORAL STUDY PROGRAMS AT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA (Link to Document)
The National Entity for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education (NEAQA) publishes a public call to select candidates for international reviewers in the accreditation procedure of doctoral study programs at higher education institutions (HEIs) in the Republic of Serbia in order to determine the List of Reviewers.
Reviewers for accrediting doctoral study programs at HEIs in the Republic of Serbia shall be selected from professors, scientists, or artists employed at HEIs or scientific institutions from abroad who hold the appropriate title.
The NEAQA Management Board determines the List of Reviewers, which is published on the NEAQA official website and provides more detailed information on the reviewers.
CONDITIONS AND CRITERIA FOR THE SELECTION OF CANDIDATES
To be selected as an international reviewer for the accreditation of doctoral study programs at HEIs in Serbia, the candidate must be a professor, scientist, or artist working in an HEI or scientific institution from abroad and hold the appropriate title.
The candidate’s professional and scientific/artistic contributions, experience in accreditation and quality assurance in higher education, participation in projects, international academic experience, and other elements expressed in the application form for candidates (Form no. 1) will be considered during the selection process.
By Serbian Law on Higher Education, NEAQA Reviewers cannot hold a position in a Serbian state body, autonomous provincial body, local self-government body, political party body, or HEI’s management body, and they cannot be members of the National Council for Higher Education, the NEAQA Commission for Accreditation, or the NEAQA Appeals Commission. NEAQA employees are also ineligible to become Reviewers.
DEADLINE AND MANNER OF CANDIDATE APPLICATION
The application submission deadline is from the date the Public Call is published on the NEAQA official website, www.nat.rs, until December 31, 2024.
Candidates for Reviewers may apply by submitting the completed Form No. 1, also published on the NEAQA official website.
